Trough fermentation: Fermentation tanks and factories need to be constructed, and the size of the fermentation tanks depends on the layout of the factory. Fermentation equipment includes trough type turners, chain plate turners, disc type turners, etc. Trough fermentation is generally carried out in a factory building, which is less affected by weather and has less environmental pollution, and can achieve large-scale production. When flipping and throwing materials, there is no need for manual labor and automation.
Suitable scenarios: high production capacity requirements, rainy factory location, strict environmental protection.
Stacking fermentation: No need to build fermentation tanks, as long as the ground is flat, it can save infrastructure costs. Spread the materials in a stacked manner and use a track type flipping machine for periodic flipping. It can be fermented outdoors, but it is greatly affected by weather and environmental pollution. Stacking fermentation takes up a large area of land. When flipping materials, a worker is required to drive the flipping machine.
Suitable scenarios: Xinjiang and other areas with low rainfall, warm climate, far distance from residential areas, large fermentation sites, and lax environmental protection.
Fermentation tank: The fermentation tank occupies a small area, has a short fermentation cycle, and can generally complete fermentation in 7 days, with very little environmental pollution. Equipment automation, no need for manual operation. The disadvantage is that the fermentation tank equipment is more expensive compared to tank fermentation and stack fermentation equipment.
Suitable scenarios: small fermentation sites (such as livestock farms that need to ferment animal manure for environmental issues, but can use fermentation tanks if the site is small), strict environmental protection.
